God knows we need something to look forward to right now, and thankfully we now have it - the Mini Tour is booked for the first May Bank Holiday weekend next year. We can't quite work out why or how the decision was made, but we are returning to Bridgnorth....yes, Bridgnorth.....who would have thought of that??
Of course, looking 6 months ahead right now, the hope is that restrictions are lifted and the trip will be able to go ahead. The pubs of the town are betting their businesses on it!!

It's been a long 17 years since Bally last pulled on the Green Jacket, but this was a worthy win after 6 competitive rounds where the big lad only dropped half a point. He led from start to finish, and by the time the final day's singles came round, only team-mate Andy had any chance of reeling him in, and that depended on Kev, this year's eventual whipping boy, pulling off an unlikely win.
In the end, Andy's back finally gave out halfway through his round with Junior, and that handed the Claret Jug to Bally, regardless of the result of his game. Of course, that didn't stop him cruising on to victory to cap off a superb all-round performance.
